OnlyFans agencies: how much should you pay affiliates on revshare?

Short answer: an OnlyFans agency usually offers between 25% and 35% of the revenue generated by an affiliate's fans. The right percentage leaves enough margin after the split with the creator, chatting and fees, while staying attractive enough for affiliates to pick your model over another.

Work out what you can offer

For $100 spent by a fan who came from an affiliate:

  • OnlyFans keeps $20 (20%). $80 is left.
  • Your share and the creator's share split that $80 according to your contract.
  • You subtract the cost of chatting and your other costs.

What's left is the ceiling of what you can give an affiliate. Keep a safety margin: the percentage must stay profitable even in an average month.

An example

An agency keeps 50% of what the creator earns, and chatting costs about 10% of revenue. On $100 spent: $80 after OnlyFans, $40 for the agency, minus $10 of chatting = $30 margin. Without the affiliate, this fan wouldn't exist: offering 25% ($25) leaves $5 of margin on an entirely new fan, with no ad budget.

💡 Tip: always compare with what the same fan would cost you in advertising. On revshare, you only pay on revenue actually generated.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Offering too much to attract people: on Only.Revshare, the percentage is locked as soon as the model is listed. Choose it carefully.
  • Offering too little: good affiliates will go to models that pay better.
  • Neglecting chatting: it turns subscribers into spending fans, so into revenue for you and commissions for affiliates.

On Only.Revshare

  • You pick a percentage between 25% and 35% of the revenue generated. The platform keeps 5 points, the rest goes to the affiliate.
  • Your prepaid balance covers commissions, and affiliates can see it: a comfortable balance attracts more affiliates.
  • Listing costs $20 per month per model (listing and affiliate search: part of the budget goes to advertising to find affiliates).
