These terms govern the use of Only.revshare (the “Platform”), an affiliate service connecting independent affiliates with content creators who use OnlyFans. Only.revshare is independent and is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by OnlyFans.

1. Access

• The Platform is for adults only (18 or older, or the age of majority in their country).
• Each user is responsible for the accuracy of their information and the security of their account.
• One account per person; multiple accounts used to commit fraud are forbidden.

2. Affiliates

• Affiliates promote creators only through the sources allowed by each offer and in compliance with each platform's rules (Reddit, TikTok, X…).
• Forbidden: spam, artificial clicks, bots, fake accounts, impersonation, misleading advertising and any distribution of content without the creator's consent.
• Commissions are held 30 days and may be reversed in case of fraud, refunds or chargebacks.
• A payout can be requested from $150 available. Identity verification may be required before the first payout.
• Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.

3. Creators

• The creator guarantees she owns the declared OnlyFans account or is duly authorized by its owner.
• She sets the share paid out (25 to 35%) and the duration of each offer; changes apply to future revenue.
• Commissions are deducted from her prepaid balance. An empty balance automatically pauses her offers. Deposited funds are used to pay commissions and Platform services.
• She agrees to provide accurate statistics (extension or manual entry). Any falsification leads to account closure.

4. Platform fees

The Platform keeps 5 percentage points of the revenue from fans brought on standard offers. Optional services (featured spot) are charged at the displayed price.

5. Suspension

The Platform may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms, fraud or illegal activity, and reverse the related commissions.

6. Liability

The Platform provides a matching and tracking tool. It does not control content published on OnlyFans or on promotion platforms, and does not guarantee any level of income.
